Ingredients:
1 lemon juice of |
4 tablespoon(s) vinegar or juice (balsamic, red wine, or lemon) |
coarse salt to taste |
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper freshly ground |
3/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine first 4 ingredients, stirring to dissolve salt. Whisk in olive oil. Let sit 10 minutes. Add more pepper and/or salt to taste if needed. |
