Ingredients:
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl; toss well. Combine water and remaining 6 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill thoroughly.
2. Toss gently before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
