Ingredients:
1 tablespoon shallot, minced |
1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper. 2. Serve with a salad or steamed or grilled vegetables. Add minced fresh herbs as desired. |
