Crisp and tasty with a little sweetness. Excellent for summer cook outs!!!! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
3 cups cabbage (shredded) |
1/2 cup carrot (shredded) |
Directions:
1. For the vinaigrette, in a screw top jar, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, caraway seeds, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover: shake well. Pour over cole slaw, toss lightly and chill for 2-24 hours. |
