My Little sister cooked these one night and my kids raved. Ingredients:
2 (11 ounce) cans biscuits |
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 small onion, diced |
1 (8 ounce) bottle chili sauce |
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning |
2 cups velveeta cheese, shreds |
Directions:
1. separate biscuits and roll out slightly and wet edges with water. 2. Brown ground beef and drain. 3. add onions and chili sauce ans seasoning. 4. add spoonfuls of beef mixture on top of biscuit. 5. add cheese. 6. press another biscuit over top and crimp edges with a fork to seal. 7. Bake on 400 for 15 minutes. |
