Ingredients:
4 quarts water
1 cup sliced carrot
1 cup sliced cabbage
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced daikon radish
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Boil. Reduce liquid to half.
3. Strain and store.
4. Use in place of Chicken Broth in Vietnamese recipes.
