Sauce used in Vietnamese Spring Rolls. Ingredients:
1/3 cup fish sauce |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon chili sauce |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Season to taste with additional sugar, fish sauce or water. |
