In 'Make It Fast, Cook It Slow' by Stephanie O'Dea Ingredients:
4 -6 chicken thighs (skin on, bone-in) |
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
4 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
Directions:
1. Use a 4-quart slow cooker. 2. Put the chicken into the stoneware. 3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the top. 4. Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. 5. Serve over hot cooked rice. |
