Vietnamese Dipping Sauce is as versatile as it is good. Serve this dipping sauce with rice rolls, over salads, or with Vietnamese Barbecue Tacos. Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup fish sauce |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 serrano pepper or thai chile pepper, sliced and seeded |
Directions:
1. Stir together water, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and serrano pepper in a medium bowl. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week. |
