Ingredients:
1/2 cup fish sauce (nuoc mam) |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup grated carrot |
1/4 cup grated daikon radish |
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed |
1/2 lime, juice |
chili oil |
Directions:
