From a French Blog. You can use instant espresso granules instead of brewed coffee too. Ingredients:
2 cups extra-strong coffee or 2 cups espresso |
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Mix the coffee with the sweetened condensed milk. 2. Taste, and add a bit more milk, if desired. (A spoonful or two is fine, but any more and the popsicles won't freeze as hard.). 3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until sold. |
