So many good flavors rolled up in cream cheese...you gotta love it Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature |
1/2 cup margarine, room temp. |
3 tbsps sour cream |
2 anchovy fillets, minced |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. capers, drained |
1 tbsp finely chopped onion |
1 tbsp dijon mustard |
1-1/2 tsps paprika |
1 tsp. caraway seeds |
Directions:
1. Blend cheese, butter and sour cream in medium bowl. 2. Mash anchovies and capers in small bowl; mix into cheese. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients. 4. Transfer to serving dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. 5. Serve at room temperature with crackers. |
