Ingredients:
crushed ice |
slice lemon |
superfine sugar to taste |
1 1/2 ounces rum or brandy |
freshly brewed, hot tea |
fresh mint sprigs |
Directions:
1. Fill a 14-ounce collins glass three-quarters full with crushed ice. Add the lemon slice, sugar and rum or brandy. Fill up with tea and stir gently. Garnish with mint. |
