I use this as an appetizer but you can use this as a side dish too. It goes good with pork. Ingredients:
2 cups of shredded swiss cheese |
2 cups chopped vidalia onions |
1 -1 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour into ovenproof bowl. 2. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 325-350° until onion is soft and cheese melted, about 40 to 45 minutes. 3. Serve with chunks of French bread. |
