This marinade works great with poultry, beef, pork, salmon or even as a dressing for your salad. Ingredients:
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed |
1/2 cup vidalia onion, finely minced |
cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, brown sugar, onion, rosemary and pepper. 2. Pour over desired meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours. Turn meat occasionally. |
