Ingredients:
2 cups finely chopped vidalia onions
2 cups grated gruyere cheese (or swiss)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly in a shallow baking dish.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
