From Windows Cookbook, the Brenau College Alumnae Association, Gainesville, GA Ingredients:
2 cups finely chopped vidalia onions |
2 cups grated gruyere cheese (or swiss) |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly in a shallow baking dish. 3. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. |
