Virgina Brand Vidalia Onion Recipe Ingredients:
4 ounces vidalia onions, vinegarette |
3 chicken breasts |
olive oil |
1/2 cup rice |
2 ounces half-and-half |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. 2. cook chicken is skillet with olive oil. 3. cook rice while chicken is cooking. 4. When chicken is done cooking add vadalia onion vinegarette. 5. Add half and half. |
