I experimented with what I had in the fridge and came up with this recipe. The sauce is very versatile and can be used on chicken, beef, pork, seafood, even veggies. I roasted potatoes in this sauce and they were wonderful! Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
1/4 cup vidalia onion, onion dressing |
1/4 cup horseradish mustard |
salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. Sprinkle with salt. Combine vidalia onion dressing and mustard in a small bowl. Slather mustard mixture on chicken. Bake 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Let chicken stand 5 minutes before cutting to let juices redistribute. |
