Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, sliced thinly
1/2 large vidalia onion, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
1. Layer slices in air-tight container and top with remaining ingredients. Flip every so often for about 1/2 hour until mixed.
