1 large cucumber, sliced thinly |
1/2 large vidalia onion, sliced thinly |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/3 cup white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. Layer slices in air-tight container and top with remaining ingredients. Flip every so often for about 1/2 hour until mixed. |
