If you like Bourbon Chicken give this marinade a try you won't be dissapointed very tasty juicy tender finger lickin good chicken Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup bourbon, i use jim beam |
1 small onion, diced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon butter, softened |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon steak seasoning |
1 tablespoon liquid smoke |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon molasses |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1 dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in small bowl whisk till well blended
2. then put in zip lock bag add chicken turn well to coat
3. put in fridge for 4 to 8 hours.
