VICTORY QUICHE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Warren Estate in Round Rock, Texas in 1997. Ingredients:
7 eggs |
1 stick margarine |
2 cups milk |
1-1/2 cups flour |
1/2 pound sausage |
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated |
1/2 cup red onion chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain off fat then beat eggs well and add to milk. 2. Stir into flour then add all other ingredients and pour into 2 well-greased quiche pans. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
