Victoria's White Iced Tea With Mint |

Nothing is more refreshing on a warm spring or summer day than a tall glass of iced tea, garnished with tiny sprigs of fresh mint and thin cucumber slices! Try 'Kentucky Colonel' or apple-and-citrus flavored mint varieties. Lovely! Adapted from Victoria Magazine. Ingredients:
2 individual white tea bags |
4 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn |
thinly sliced cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves, for garnish |
crushed ice, to serve |
Directions:
1. Brew tea according to package directions. 2. Steep mint in prepared tea for 5 minutes. 3. Strain tea, and discard mint. 4. Pour tea over ice to cool. 5. Garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves, if desired. |
