Just a basic black bean recipe Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag black beans |
1 small finely chopped onion |
1 tablespoon cumin |
3 finely chopped garlic cloves |
2 slices raw bacon |
Directions:
1. Soak beans over night and drain. 2. add water, onion, cumin garlic and garlic. 3. cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and toss in the pot. 4. Set the whole thing on the stove between medium and low and cook for several hours or until beans are done. |
