My aunt dreamed up this yummy casserole. i love cheese and potatoes. the crackers add just enough crunch. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 cups sour cream |
1/2 cup butter |
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of celery soup |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
salt |
pepper |
ritz cracker, crushed |
Directions:
1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, SAVING ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE. 2. POUR INTO 9 X 13 DISH. 3. TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE AND CRUSHED RITZ CRACKERS, IF DESIRED. 4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR. |
