My aunt dreamed up this yummy casserole. i love cheese and potatoes. the crackers add just enough crunch.
Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup butter
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt
pepper
ritz cracker, crushed
Directions:
1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, SAVING ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE.
2. POUR INTO 9 X 13 DISH.
3. TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE AND CRUSHED RITZ CRACKERS, IF DESIRED.
4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
