                                                2 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1 lb bell pepper, sliced  |  
                                                1 (12 ounce) package broccoli, slaw  |  
                                                2 cups shredded carrots  |  
                                                1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved  |  
                                                3 garlic cloves, minced  |  
                                                1/2 lb whole wheat angel hair pasta  |  
                                                1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oil in large deep skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add garlic, slaw and carrots and cook, stirring, until tender about 8 minute Transfer to a bowl. 3. Add tomatoes to the skillet and cook, stirring, until wilted, about 8 minute. 4. Remove skillet from heat and set aside. 5. Prepare pasta per package directions while vegetables cook. 6. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid and drain pasta well. 7. Add pasta, vegetables, reserved liquid and vinegar (add more to taste) to skillet. 8. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until heated through, about 5 minutes. 9. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.                              |
