Very Vanilla Snickerdoodles

Yummy soft, chewy snickerdoodles from 'Fix, Freeze and Feast' cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 cups butter, softened
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons double -strength vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Slowly mix in flours, salt and baking powder. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Make 1-inch balls with dough and roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees; cool on baking sheet 2 minutes prior to removing. If freezing, flash freeze on parchment covered baking sheet for 30 minutes. Put frozen dough balls in freezer bags and freeze.
