Ingredients:
1 cup(s) milk |
1-3oz package(s) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
8 slice(s) texas toast |
2 teaspoon(s) butter |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the milk, pudding mix, egg and cinnamon for 2 minutes or until well blended. Dip toast in pudding mixture, coating both sides. Melt butter on griddle; cook French toast for 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 2. YIELD: 4 servings |
