I was looking for a quick and easy cookie recipe last week and came across one in a pillsbury cookbook, unfortunatly I did not have the ingredients on hand that it called for so I substituted what I did have and they were really great. So easy but very good and homemade tasting. Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 (18 ounce) box french vanilla cake mix |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl by hand until a dough forms.( Some cake mix will remain in bottom of bowl). 2. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar mixture and place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crackled on top and bottoms are light brown. |
