Low fat brownies that taste like they're fattening.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 t. vanilla extract
2 t. safflower oil
1/2 cup applesauce
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 t. honey
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together and combine the two.
2. Pour into oil sprayed 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 12 servings
