Very Low Carb Lemon Soy Glaze |

I am on a very low carb diet and wanted a sauce to top some salmon that I pan seared in some butter. This sweet sauce hit the spot! I will try it on shrimp and veggies next. Ingredients:
1 g true lemon crystals |
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Mix the 1st 4 ingredients in a small microwave dish. 2. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for 20 more seconds. 3. Add butter and whisk for a minute until emmulsified. 4. Serve drizzled on prepared seafood. |
