Very Low Cal Banana Oat Cookies

Great for diabetics, or if on low fat, low-cholesterol diets or if you just like to eat healthy.
Ingredients:
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, beating well.
2. Let stand 5 minutes so oats will absorb moisture.
3. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
5. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheets.
6. Transfer to wire racks and cool.
