There is no oil in this...it isn't a typo! This dressing is full of flavor and it's healthy for you. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, fresh |
1/2 cup spinach leaves, fresh |
1/2 small zucchini, cut into chunks |
10 -15 fresh basil leaves |
1 medium garlic clove |
1 cup buttermilk |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 slices avocados (optional) |
Directions:
1. Whip everything together in a food processor.(You can leave chunks but I like it smooth.). 2. Chill for a bit to blend flavors. 3. Serve over your favorite salad. |
