Very Green Dressing

There is no oil in this...it isn't a typo! This dressing is full of flavor and it's healthy for you.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, fresh
1/2 cup spinach leaves, fresh
1/2 small zucchini, cut into chunks
10 -15 fresh basil leaves
1 medium garlic clove
1 cup buttermilk
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 slices avocados (optional)
Directions:
1. Whip everything together in a food processor.(You can leave chunks but I like it smooth.).
2. Chill for a bit to blend flavors.
3. Serve over your favorite salad.
