This is a recipe for those garlic lovers out there. More or less garlic can be used depending on taste. Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
salt and ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine the garlic, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl; mix well. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, constantly whisking until the dressing is thick; season with salt and pepper. |
