My father used to make this for me all the time. I have cooked this for other people and they always ask for more. Make a pan of cornbread and eat up. Its even better the next day! Please try and leave feedback. I want to know if you enjoy it as much as I do! Ingredients:
1 -2 link polish sausage |
4 -5 medium red potatoes |
1 small head of cabbage |
2 medium sweet onions |
2 cups water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. slice sausage, half potatoes, break apart Cabbage, quarter onions put all ingredients in a dutch oven, put the lid on it. 2. Cook on medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes. 3. Its better to leave the lid on the pot for the flavors to mix. |
