If you love cinnamon buns & can't find time to make them, this will satisfy your craving in a very easy -to-make recipe. Not a bread pudding-Tastes like carmelized cinnamon buns.We love them. Ingredients:
2 loaves frozen bread , thawed |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 cup raisins ( can omit if you want) |
1 stick butter, melted |
1 lg. box vanilla pudding ( not instant) |
1 cup brown sugar |
2 tsp. cinnamon |
2 tbsp. milk |
Directions:
1. Butter 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 ( 8 in.) square pans 2. Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and raisins. 3. Cut thawed bread into walnut-size pieces 4. Fill pan. 5. Mix together butter, pudding, sugar, cinnamon, and milk 6. Pour over dough. 7. Cover lightly with plastic wrap 8. Refrigerate over night 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until lightly brown. 10. Cool in pan 10 min. before removing. INVERT PAN onto plate |
