Very Creamy Macaroni and Cheese |

Easy, cheesy, real comfort food! Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
3 1/2 cups cooked macaroni |
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1 3/4 cups cottage cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté onions in oil until tender. 2. Add macaroni, cheddar cheese, and parsley. 3. Mix milk, cottage cheese, salt and pepper until smooth; mix well. 4. Add to macaroni mixture, mix well. 5. Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole. 6. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25 minutes. |
