This original and delicious smoothie is high in protein, fiber and taste. Makes for an excellent breakfast or between meal snack. Serve over ice for cooling summer beverage. Ingredients:
8 ounces unsweetened soymilk |
4 ounces silken tofu |
4 ounces cold water |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 cup frozen cherries |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! Use frozen fruit for an even frostier effect. |
