This original and delicious smoothie is high in protein, fiber and taste. Makes for an excellent breakfast or between meal snack. Serve over ice for cooling summer beverage.
Ingredients:
8 ounces unsweetened soymilk
4 ounces silken tofu
4 ounces cold water
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! Use frozen fruit for an even frostier effect.
