Summer doesn't get any better than this...in a blender combine frozen strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries with vanilla yogurt, evaportated milk and vanilla. This smoothie is bursting with fruit. Delicious!! Ingredients:
2 cups europe's best 4-field berry mix, frozen |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 (370 ml) can carnation evaporated milk (regular, 2%, and fat-free) |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
honey |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender. Add honey to taste. 2. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsating a few times to break up pieces of fruit. |
