Ingredients:
12 1/2 g jello strawberry-banana flavor sugar free low calorie gelatin
ice cube
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup pureed strawberry
3/4 cup thawed cool whip sugar free whipped topping
Directions:
1. Boil 3/4 cup water.
2. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
3. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/4 cups.
4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
5. Remove any unmelted ice.
6. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites.).
7. Add pureed strawberries; stir.
8. Pour evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
9. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
10. Garnish with cool whip.
