From an old - 04, in fact - Super Food Ideas. Ingredients:
600 g berries |
2 cups natural yoghurt |
1/2 cup caster sugar |
2 tablespoons self raising flour |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
100 g sliced almonds |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 180 C. 2. Place berries in 23 cm pie dish. 3. Combine yoghurt, 2 tblsp sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. 4. Spread over berries. 5. Bake 20 minutes. 6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with almonds and remaining sugar and cinnamon. 7. Bake further 10 minutes or till golden. |
