I was hungry for some tortilla chips and did not have any salsa so my friend gave me this recipe. Ingredients:

* 1 cup sour cream |
* 1 cup mayonnaise |
* 1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
* 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese |
* 1-2 teaspoon minced garlic |
* 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices |
* 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped (can also use thawed frozen hearts) drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Place in shallow casserole dish. 3. You can either bake dip about 15 to 20 minutes at 325°, or heat in microwave a few minutes. 4. Serve warm with tortilla chips........ |
