4 cups basil |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Combnine basil, garlic, salt, pine nuts in a blender/processor. chop finely. 2. With motor still going, add oil in a thin stream. Scrape down sides to make sure all solids are well mixed. Continue to blend until smooth. 3. Add cheese and give the machine one short burst to blend ingredients well. |
