An Easy to make Venison recipe. Ingredients:
4 lbs venison steak |
1 cup butter |
pepper, to your liking |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 cup beef broth |
Directions:
1. Rub Venison with butter and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes. 2. Using medium high heat,melt remaining butter in a large frying pan. 3. Place Venison into the pan and sear them 4. 2 1/2 minutes on each side and remove to serving platter. 5. Pour cream and broth into the pan and stir constantly for 4 minutes. 6. Pour sauce over Venison and serve. |
