Venison Spanish Rice

This is good served over steamed rice. You'll be in and out of the kitchen in no time at all.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground venison
2 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 lb stewed tomatoes (with celery, green pepper and onion)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
1. Saute bacon pieces, add onion and venison, breaking meat into small pieces.
2. Add seasonings and cook until almost done.
3. Add tomatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes longer.
4. Serve over steamed rice.
