This recipe I received from my sister-in-law's mom. I make it with venison, but can be made with ground beef. It is so simple & delicious. My kids are always asking for it. Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison |
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon yellow mustard |
1 teaspoon white vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
salt & pepper |
8 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in large fry pan or chicken fryer. 2. Drain fat. 3. Add rest of ingredients except hamburger rolls. Bring to a boil and let most of the liquid evaporate. Stir occasionally so it does not stick. 4. Once it is to your desired consistency apply onto toasted hamburger buns. 5. Enjoy. |
