Meatloaf made with venison Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground venison |
2 onions, diced |
3 tomatoes, diced |
1 green pepper, diced |
3/4 c. rolled oats |
2 medium egg |
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce |
6 ounce tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 loaves. 2. Put both into large (lasagna) baking dish. 3. Add 3/4 cup water around meat. 4. Bake at 350 degrees until done. (50 - 70 mins) |
