Easy. Different use for ground deer meat. Family favorite Ingredients:
2 lbs ground venison |
1 1/2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1/8 cup warm water |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, except the 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. 2. Put mixture in regular size loaf pan or 4 mini-loaf pans. 3. Pour 8 oz can of tomato sauce over top. 4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
