Venison Meat Loaf

Easy way to use ground venison.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground venison
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 lb pork sausage
1 cup quick oats
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope french onion soup mix
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, except barbecue sauce. Combine thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish. Pour barbecue sauce over top.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
