This is an easy marinade that makes every venison stew special.
Ingredients:
2 cups dry red wine
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1 cup water
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 carrot, chopped
3 teaspoons pickling spices
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 lbs venison, cubed
Directions:
1. Place all ingrediants into a large bowl. Marinate in refrigerator for 5 to 10 days (for more than 4 lbs meat increase liquids only).
