4- 1 thick venison steaks Ingredients:
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup peanut oil |
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns |
2 tablespoons italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
4 minced garlic cloves |
1/3 cup diced onion |
1/4 cup diced shallot |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingrediants - I use 1 gallon ziploc bags; covers 4 average steaks well- leaving small opening in zipper- immerse in cold water slowly to force air out of bag and final zip- lay flat in refridgerator 4 hours. |
