4- 1 thick venison steaks
Ingredients:
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
4 minced garlic cloves
1/3 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced shallot
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingrediants - I use 1 gallon ziploc bags; covers 4 average steaks well- leaving small opening in zipper- immerse in cold water slowly to force air out of bag and final zip- lay flat in refridgerator 4 hours.
